With the app Hello bank! you will have your bank in your pocket. You can always view your balance and movements of your accounts, of your credit and prepaid cards.
If your device has a fingerprint reader and running on at least Android version 6.0, you can also access the app using the Fingerprint.
With the app you can carry out the following operations
-Money transfers to Italy and SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area)
-Transfer between your accounts
-Top-up mobile phones
-Postal Pay Slip payments also via camera
-MAV / RAV payments
-Top-up prepaid cards
Mobile Token allows you to perform these operations in a safe way by generating a temporary password which lets you to perform financial operations from hellobank.it and the app.
For the transactions carried out via app there is no need to enter the OTP manually: it will be automatically generated and inserted from the app itself. For transactions carried out through internet banking, instead, you will be asked to insert a Generic OTP or a Transaction Signature based on the type of transaction: you can generate both passwords from your app. All is secured with thanks to our fraud detection engine.
The app also allows you to keep an eye on your financial situation and help you to stay constantly updated thanks to:
- Profile, which allows you to view your personal information
- Messages, allowing you to receive private messages about your financial situation
- Movements, showing your available balance and movements.
Do not forget to also download the app Hello! Personal, which will allow you to have a broader vision about your financial situation.
At your first login, you will be asked to activate the mobile token through an activation code which will be delivered via SMS to the number inserted during the account opening. Remember that Mobile Token can be activated on up to two devices simultaneously.
